I am a UX Strategist, Learning Experience Designer, and Educator with 20+ years in UX, including enterprise projects for clients like Lowe’s, Allstate, Pearson and Cengage Learning. My experience spans instructional design, product design, UX, service design and educational technology always grounded in research and a human-centered approach that brings clarity to complex systems.
I specialize in UX for educational technology, designing and building my own courses, creating online learning programs for clients, and providing design for learning products. I also teach UX as an adjunct professor mentoring emerging designers and applying my full range of experience to create impactful, practice-based learning experiences.
